The fastest way to delete your account is right from Solobase — no need to contact support.

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Solobase account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Sign in to your Solobase account.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you can't access your account, email us using the address associated with your account:

What happens when you delete your account

If you delete your account, we retain your data for 90 days in case you change your mind and wish to reactivate — logging back in during this window automatically restores your account. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems, including:

Your profile
Your messages (though a conversation may remain visible to the other participant until they delete their own account)
Your uploaded photos
Your trips
Your personality assessment responses
Your account information
Your personal data stored by Solobase

What may be retained

We may retain limited information for longer where necessary for:

Legal obligations
Fraud prevention
Security investigations
Investigating or resolving a report made about a message or piece of content
